Verification of Competency (VOC) Melbourne
About Verification of Competency
Melbourne ATS Rail & Construction Training and Assessing specialises in Verification of Competency (VOC) for operators of mobile plant who possess a certificate of competency or relevant qualification.
VOC serves as an assessment method enabling employers to fulfill Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements while ensuring staff competency in equipment operation or task performance. It also validates the initial competence decision, ensuring its validity and reliability.
VOC requirements are tailored to specific sites and/or companies. If a work-site mandates individuals to hold a current VOC for particular plant equipment, compliance is necessary to work on-site or for that company.
Our formal process, at ATS Rail & Construction Training and Assessing, offers flexibility to meet client needs while upholding high assessment standards. Our assessors, industry experts with relevant qualifications and extensive experience, guarantee top-notch assessments.
